Reused Enemies
Do you know why they took that
snail guy out of Sonic 2? Probably because they did not want
to reuse anymore enemies. Here are pictures of some reused
enemies. The only thing different about most of them is that
they all have a new design.

If you look throughout Sonic
Adventure many enemies are reused in different levels.
Obviously they must have been trying to keep the game small,
or easier for them to program. Who knows?
